Fitness: 12 Second Sequence Update

It's two days after my first 12 Second workout. My triceps are sore. Not just in the typical spot you think of, but the whole length of the back of my arm has been worked! It's unlike anything I've felt after working out before. I'm excited about this program. After I figure out the best weights for each exercise, I think I'll be feeling it all over.
