The Top Five Things Employers Can Do To Keep Employee-Moms Happy

I completely agree with this post. If I found a job that let me work from home, wasn't picky about the time clock, had an on-site daycare, and gave paid maternity leave to moms and dads...I don't think I would ever leave!And, if it weren't for my food allergies, I would add item number six: free cappucino and lattes.What would it take for your employer to keep you forever?
